Taking place from October 13-16, Kate is the most unique folk festival of the Cham people in Ninh Thuan, with the meaning of worshipping the gods and praying for good weather, favorable harvests, prosperity, harmony between couples and proliferation of humans and all species.

Kate Festival often begins with festivals from Cham temples and towers, then ends with amused activities to celebrate Tet at home. This is also an opportunity for Cham people to remember the deceased and those honored by the Cham people as gods. At the event, a large number of people gathered at ancient temples and towers to enjoy folk dancing and music of the Cham people. Everyone rested and was filled with pleasure, visiting and congratulating each other.

This is to contribute to the preservation and development Cham culture in a unified and diverse Vietnamese culture, creating more vivid colors in the overall Vietnamese culture and promoting local tourism development.

It is known that Bau Truc Pottery Village (Hamu Craok) is a craft village and an important tourist destination in Ninh Thuan, which has been recognized by UNESCO as a list of Intangible Cultural Heritage in need of urgent protection. The signing of this cooperation has practical significance, providing professional support and connection to craft villages. Thereby, the Faculty of Tourism will support training in tourism promotion and development, training and community tourism development for Bau Truc Pottery Village.

In addition, the Faculty will also coordinate researching on a project “Research, propose and implement a community based tourism model associated with Bau Truc Pottery Village, Ninh Thuan province” and other research activities in the future. The two sides commit to coordinate in sending personnel to participate in operating and organizing experiential tours in Bau Truc Pottery Village and Cham village and promoting local tourism experience activities.

Currently, although tourism is developing, the community’s tourism operating skills still face many difficulties. Optimization plays a significant role in all areas of life. In the field of construction, Optimization can be applied to the structural design, construction process, relating costs, and more.

According to Dr. Nguyen Thue Quy, Structural Health Monitoring is a relatively new topic attracting many researchers in the field of construction, especially in countries frequently affected by earthquakes such as Turkey, Italy, and Japan.

Dr. Quy emphasized that the Philippines is often heavily affected by natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons. Therefore, monitoring the health of sensitive structures like increasingly-emerging skyscrapers and historical buildings is of utmost importance.

Sharing his thoughts on the Visiting Professor Program, Prof. Dr. Vu Truong Vu said that this program was an essential part of the collaboration between bet365 soccer B?m ?? v��o trang web ch��nh th?c and Adamson University in the Philippines. Through the teaching sessions, lecturers and students from both universities also had the opportunity to exchange specialized knowledge, learn about each other’s cultures, and contribute to promoting collaborative teaching programs and student exchange programs between the two institutions in the future.

The program was attended by experts, lecturers and students from universities of Vietnam, Italy, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Representatives from bet365 soccer B?m ?? v��o trang web ch��nh th?c were Dr. Tran Ai Cam �?President of the University, Dr. Nguyen Lan Phuong, Vice President along with lecturers, managerial leaders, heads/deputies of departments, faculties and centers attended face-to-face and online.

This is an activity within the framework of AsiaSafe Project funded by Erasmus plus to adjust and build an advanced and modern master’s training program in the field of Road Safety. In addition, this is also an opportunity for students from other countries to interact and approach different teaching methods from lecturers from European countries, Vietnam, Malaysia; creating opportunities for lecturers to participate in teaching and sharing experiences; enabling countries to understand the traffic situation in Vietnam in general and in Ho Chi Minh City in particular.

Through the program, members will share experiences as well as the best solutions of their countries through class lectures with students, and through the course, the University has more opportunities for international cooperation with partner universities is also an opportunity for the University to promote NTTU’s image to friends around the world, especially in the European market.

After the success of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Aomori Tanaka Educational Academy and Aomori Chuo Gakuin University (Japan) on April 10th, 2023, the delegation of bet365 soccer B?m ?? v��o trang web ch��nh th?c (NTTU) with Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President and Dr. Nguyen Lan Phuong – Vice President joined a series of discussions and activities related to joint training programs.

On April 11, 2023, representatives of NTTU had a working meeting on cooperation possibilities with Prof. Miki Maeda �?Dean of Food Nutrition Faculty; Prof. Tomoko Kiyosawa �?Dean of Early Childhood Education Faculty; Prof. Ito �?Dean of Social Welfare Faculty. With long-term partnership strategies, the two institutions have mutually agreed on future cooperation opportunities to facilitate joint training programs and activities.

Based on the areas of cooperation in the MOU, NTTU and Aomori Chuo Junior College conducted in-depth discussions on practical and beneficial joint training programs for students such as promotion of cultural exchange activities between Vietnam and Japan, lecturers and students exchange research, internship in Japan, Japanese language and Japanese cultural education, micro-credentials, etc. These cooperative models aim to train highly qualified and creative workforce for the future labour market in the context of international integration, expanding job opportunities in a multicultural environment for graduates.

As one of the pioneers in educational innovation over the years, NTTU has constantly established partnerships with many universities and colleges in Japan. Our partners have worked with us to organize cultural exchange activities, short-term courses, practice sessions and internships for nursing students to work in Japan. These programs have been the basis for establishing a cooperative relationship with Aomori Tanaka Educational Academy. Particularly, the potential cooperation in the field of Early Childhood Education include internships, student exchange, thematic seminars for first-year students majoring in Early Childhood Education, industry visits, articulation programs, etc. Meanwhile, representatives of both sides also discussed the plan to offer  the joint undergraduate programs in Food Technology (specializing in Nutrition and Food Processing) and Nursing at NTTU with the training curricula in Nutrition and Aged Care of Aomori Tanaka Educational Academy.

After mutual discussions, NTTU delegates visited kindergartens, nursing homes, student activities for aged care residents, making handmade toys, etc.

Based on mutual agreements, on the morning of April 12, 2023, Dr. Nguyen Lan Phuong was invited to present about Teaching Methodology on Early Childhood Education in Vietnam for students of Aomori Chuo Junior College.

Dr. Tran Ai Cam was also invited to present about “Cooperation, development and human resource training between Vietnam and Japan in 2023”. Regarding prospects for international cooperation between NTTU and Aomori Tanaka Educational Academy, Dr. Tran Ai Cam shared that Vietnam and Japan have become strategic partners to comprehensively promote cooperation in international trade and investment to the development of large-scale infrastructure projects as driving forces for sustainable socio-economic development, advanced technology transfer and human resource training for both sides. In particular, partnerships in higher education between Vietnam and Japan are demonstrated through many government policies, education and training institutions, industry-university educational cooperation through different transnational education models in fields of economics, industrial manufacturing, education, healthcare, health sciences, ect. In addition, Dr. Tran Ai Cam hoped that mutual partnerships in Early Childhood Education, and Aged care discipline will be further facilitated by both sides. Not only Japan, Vietnam is also facing an aging population with a very high proportion of  people aged 65 and over. Hence, the need for health care with the increasing standard of living, high-quality healthcare services for elderly populations opens a lot of employment opportunities for Vietnamese graduates. In this case, the short-term programs can be offered which are aged care service for the learners without or with a little bit of professional knowledge and skills and nursing students-oriented programs for NTTU undergraduate students to upgrade their professional skills and knowledge. Regarding long-term plans, both sides can work together to develop an undergraduate curriculum in Aged Care for all Vietnamese students.

The cultural exchange program lasted 5 days and 4 nights at Silpakorn University campuses in Nakhon Pathom province, Amphawa and Bangkok, Thailand. Within the program, the students of bet365 soccer B?m ?? v��o trang web ch��nh th?c always made a deep impression on students and lecturers from Singapore, Japan, Korea, China, Malaysia, Thailand by English ability and knowledge in group work sessions and discussions.

The program covered Cultural differences between Thailand and other countries, English training in Thailand and lessons from other countries, Visit to Phra Pathom Chedi temple, Visit Silpakorn University’s Gallery, Sightseeing tour Amphawa floating market, Visit Wat Pho (Bangkok).

In particular, at the farewell party, NTTU students performed the song “Xinh tuoi Vietnam” with traditional Ao dai which was wildly cheered by students from other countries because of the professionalism and typical culture of Vietnam, even though they only practiced together for a short period of time.
