Brief introduction

“The program of Environmental and Resource Management provides students with knowledge of natural sciences and engineering needed to mitigate the environmental impacts of pollutants from anthropogenic activities for students who plan to pursue careers in industry, government, and non-government organizations. The curriculum focuses on national environmental law, policy, management principles, occupational health and safety, environmental toxicology, water and wastewater treatment.
Throughout the program, students have opportunities to study and practice at agencies, businesses, factories, etc., and to improve their professional competence through internship programs at universities abroad. Combining theory with practice, students have the chance to participate in scientific research and innovation activities, startup in the orientation of applied research on manufacturing environmentally friendly biological and chemical products, and research in the field of environmental science and environmental treatment technology toward sustainable development.
Graduates will receive a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Resource Management, with sufficient knowledge and skills to propose/implement integrated measures for the rational use of natural resources, waste treatment, and control of pollution sources towards sustainable development.
