Institute of Applied Technology and Sustainable Development
Information Technology- Information Technology and Environmental Resource Data
Brief introduction
The program of Information Technology and Environmental Resource Data provides students with knowledge and skills in computer engineering, data processing software, information storage and exchange, and environmental management principles for application in the exploitation and effective use of resources, and environmental protection towards sustainable development. Throughout the program, students have opportunities to study and practice at agencies, businesses, factories, etc., and to improve their professional competence through internship programs at universities abroad. By combining theory with practice, students have the chance to participate in scientific research, innovation and startup activities in the orientation of applied research on manufacturing environmentally friendly biological and chemical products, and research in the field of environmental science and environmental treatment technology toward sustainable development. Undergraduate students will receive a Degree of Bachelor in Information Technology, with sufficient knowledge and skills to propose/perform data management tasks, develop technology products, analyze and assess environmental risks, and forecast trends in the evolution of pollutants in nature.
Learning environment
The school invests in new classroom and laboratory facilities every year to meet the learning, practice and scientific research needs of students. Besides studying at the School, students can also participate in extracurricular activities, sightseeing, and internships
