The program starts from March 26, 2021 to April 30, 2021 on the occasion of the 90th founding anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2021) and the 46th anniversary of the Liberation Day (April 30, 1975 – April 30, to fishermen 2021) with the desire to accompany fishermen to bring the national flags on their journey, strengthen their will, belief, and feel peace of mind going fishing over Vietnam’s waters. Staff, lecturers and students donate through three types:

      1. Directly at the offices of Youth Union – Student Union at all campuses.

All donations will be used to buy flags and hand over to fishermen across the country (the size of each flag is 0.8 mx 1.2 m; worth 50,000 VND/flag).
