NTTU welcomed Daejin International Volunteers Association
In the afternoon of 30th August 2017, NTTU had welcomed and worked with Daejin International Volunteers Association (DIVA) in the office at An Phu Dong Campus, Dist. 12.
Participating in the meeting, on behalf of DIVA, there was Mr. Yun Eun Ho – President, Mr. Kim Wan Yong – team leader and Mr. Baek Ki Hyun – Representative of Daejin Corporation in Vietnam. On behalf of NTTU, there were Prof. Nguyen Loc, Vice President, and teaching staffs from NTTU International Institute of Education NIIE.
After visiting the facilities at An Phu Dong office, both sides had discussed about opening NTT Vietnam – Korea researching and training Institute at An Phu Dong campus, Dist. 12
Speaking in the meeting, Prof. Nguyen Loc had assumed that the establishment of NTT Vietnam – Korea researching and training Institute was a wholehearted project of NTTU. Prof. Nguyen Loc also hoped that this project would be soon deducted because it could bring back advantages on many aspects such as Korean language education, Korean culture spreading, research boosting, etc. It will also be an important mark of the cooperation relationship between NTTU and DIVA.

Before that time, in June, 2017, NTTU had a meeting and discussion with Daejin corporation and DIVA in Korea. After that, NTTU had been together with Daejin corporation and DIVA in the voluntary activities and culture and education exchange trip in Thai Nguyen Province held in June 2017.
At the end of the trip, DIVA had send a thank to the Board of Rectors and teaching staffs of NTTU for the warmest welcome.
After this visiting and working trip, there is a hope that both sides would understand more clearly about the preparation tasks as well as bring out fast and effective solutions to boost the development of the strategy cooperation relationship between 2 countries stronger and deeper.
