Restaurant and Gastronomy managers are responsible for supervising, managing and directly implementing restaurant business activities, operating restaurants and dining facilities to ensure that everything goes smoothly, consistently and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant and gastronomy performance and profitability. With the restaurant management and Gastronomy major, students are equipped with knowledge, service skills, and strategies for the business of restaurant and culinary services such as Tourism quality management, tourism analysis, methods of building rations, menus, nutrition,….
