The Workshop also received many opinions from leading experts on Biotechnology and representatives of Managers, Researchers, and Scientists such as the necessity to sync practical knowledge and application for the purposes of providing skills and increasing dedication awareness for students in Biotechnology after graduation; the need of industrialization in Biotechnology; the transfer of training from the Bachelor of Biotechnology to Practical Engineering in Biotechnology; the effectiveness of joint training and practices in the past as well as their extension in the future.

In particular, to promote direct links with enterprises to support students in internships and job seeking. The Workshop concluded that biotechnology human resources in the Industry 4.0 era shall need such following elements as being equipped with special knowledge and skills; Industrialization of biotechnology; links and networks between the University and other centers, institutes, and businesses.
